Name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment information when you make a purchase, create an account, sign up for our newsletter, or submit a voice intake.

Voice Data and Audio Files:
Audio recordings you upload or record for use with our Voice Activated Health System (VAHS), Voice Code (Raise Your Frequency app), the Voice Code intake at tryvoicecode.com or voicecode.app/intake, and other related products or services, as well as any generated audio files, personalized reports, and interpretation files created from your submission.

Affiliate Referral Data:
When you arrive at tryvoicecode.com or voicecode.app/intake (or any other Quantum Sound Therapy intake) through a link or QR code that contains an embedded affiliate code, we automatically capture that affiliate code from the URL or QR code and associate it with your submission. We retain a record of which affiliate referred each submission so that we can fulfill our commission obligations to that affiliate and respond to any disputes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process transactions and deliver products and services.
• Provide sound healing services, including generating personalized audio files and Voice Code reports.
• Send audio download links, service-related notifications, and account communications by email or SMS.
• Match Voice Code intake submissions to the affiliate who referred you, and notify that affiliate so they can follow up with you about your report and related services (see Section 3).
• Improve our website, products, and services.
• Send promotional emails, newsletters, and updates.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration to data brokers or to unrelated third parties. We share your information only in the limited circumstances described below.

Service Providers:
Third-party vendors who assist with payment processing, hosting, analytics, shipping, communication delivery, voice processing, and related business operations.

Affiliate Referral Partners:
When you submit a voice intake at tryvoicecode.com or voicecode.app/intake (or another Quantum Sound Therapy intake) through a link or QR code that contains an embedded affiliate code, our system automatically emails the contact information you provided — specifically your name, email address, and phone number — to the referring affiliate. We do not transmit your voice recording, the generated audio, or your personalized Voice Code report to the affiliate; only your contact information is shared.

The affiliate may use this information solely to follow up with you about your Voice Code report, related Quantum Sound Therapy products and services, and the affiliate’s own work that relates to the Voice Code system. Affiliates are required, as a condition of participating in our affiliate program, to comply with all applicable privacy, anti-spam, and telemarketing laws (including, in the United States, the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and to honor any opt-out request you make to them or to us.

If you do not want your contact information shared with a referring affiliate, please do not access or submit an intake through an affiliate link or QR code. To opt out of affiliate sharing for any prior submission, contact us at info@quantumsoundtherapy.com.

When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, property, or users.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze website traffic, and customize content. Affiliate codes embedded in tryvoicecode.com or voicecode.app/intake URLs and QR codes may be temporarily stored in your browser (for example, in a session cookie or local storage) so that the affiliate code can be associated with your submission. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We are committed to protecting your personal data and retaining it only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill legitimate business and legal purposes.

Voice Recordings, Generated Audios, Reports, and Interpretation Files:
When you upload your voice to our servers to generate a healing tone, Voice Code report, or related audio experience, we securely store your uploaded voice recording and the resulting generated files for a period of 90 days. After 90 days, these files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.

Account Information (Email and Phone Number):
We retain your account details, including your email address and phone number, for as long as your account remains active with us. We use this information to send you SMS and email notifications, including audio download links, service-related messages, and promotional updates.

Affiliate Referral Records:
We retain a record of which affiliate referred each Voice Code intake submission for as long as your contact information is retained, in order to fulfill our commission obligations to our affiliates and to respond to disputes. Once your contact information has been emailed to the referring affiliate, that affiliate retains an independent copy of that information that is no longer under our control. A deletion request directed to us will not retroactively delete the copy held by the affiliate; to request deletion from a particular affiliate, please contact that affiliate directly. We will assist you in identifying the affiliate on request.

Other Personal Information:
We retain other personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our products and services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Requesting Data Deletion:
You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal information at any time. If you would like us to delete your account, contact details, or your uploaded or generated audio files before the standard retention period ends, please contact us at info@quantumsoundtherapy.com. Upon receiving your request, we will promptly and securely delete your personal data from our systems, subject to any legal obligations requiring retention. As noted above, deletion from our systems does not delete copies held by affiliates to whom your contact information was previously transmitted.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information, including secure servers and encryption where appropriate. However, no method of online transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:

• Access or update your personal information.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Opt out of marketing communications.
• Opt out of having your contact information shared with affiliate referral partners on future submissions.
• Request that we ask a particular affiliate to delete your contact information. Because affiliates are independent parties, we will pass the request along but cannot guarantee compliance.
• Request information about how your data is used.

Once your contact information has been shared with an affiliate as described in Section 3, that affiliate’s use of your information is governed by the affiliate’s own privacy practices.
