This page is a guide intending to help walk through how to create Voice Codes for clients remotely so that they can raise their frequency and we can easily assist those we love and serve.

Overview:

Zoom meeting software is very popular, and we will use it to connect live with our clients. We will use the web version of the Raise Your Frequency app to capture the audio. We create an audio bridge for the cleanest sample (eliminate the extra variables of computer or phone speakers and additional microphones). This bridge is created using a free software called VB-Cable. We remove the bridge after recording the audio by changing the mic and speaker settings back to their regular settings.

#1 - Install V-B Cable on Windows Operating Systems

1. Go to https://vb-audio.com/Cable/
2. Download for Windows
3. Double click the download.
4. Click on Extract All.
5. Click Extract
6. The extracted folder will pop up. Scroll down and double click the VCCable_Setup_x64 application.
7. Tap Install Drive.
8. Wait a little while and a confirmation will pop up. Click on OK.
9. Restart your machine. Done!

#2 - Install Zoom Meeting Software

1. Go to https://zoom.us/download?os=winVB-audio.com/cable
2. Download for Windows 64-bit.
3. Locate and launch ZoomInstallerFull.exe.
4. Complete registration and launch software.
5. For this instruction, we will not walk through how to use Zoom. Please see the Zoom website howtos to learn how to test and setup a meeting.

#3 - Login to the web version of the app

Certain web browsers have different microphone settings. Edge, Brave, and Chrome browsers have all been tested working well. Edge will already be on all Windows machines.

Login portal using any of the following links:

thesoundhealing.app
voicecode.app
raiseyourfrequency.love

Enter your email and password and click Login. It’s recommended to save your login and bookmark it.

Email us here if you need a password.

#4 - Putting it all together - Create a Voice Code on Zoom

*Caveat: Write down or screen shot your audio settings if you have many audio devices on your computer.

You are going to change these to VB-Cable audio and need to change back. No one will hear each other again until your audio settings are changed back.

**Highly recommended you do a live test of this process with a friend or our QST support team until you feel confident to try with a client.

Prerequisites:
*Install VB cable and restart your machine.
**Login to the web portal using your Edge or Chrome web browsers.

1. Instruct Your Client

Tell your client to speak their Vowel phrase or affirmation after you signal them. You will not have audio and no one will hear each other once you change your audio settings. So they need to know what to say and how long to repeat it during the 15 seconds of sampling (Bay Bee Bi Bo Boo Hay Hee Hi Ho Hoo).

In this video, I signaled Terra using the Zoom chat with a countdown. Hand countdowns and gestures are also very easy if you have your cameras on.

The first time you take a sample, your web browser will likely ask permission to use your mic. So you should account for a small extra moment to click Approve. You just need to approve once each time the browser is opened. So your next recordings will begin right when you click Record.

2. Change Settings

Here is where will lose audio with your client. Remember to switch your audio settings in Zoom and on your Windows “Sound Settings” or no one will hear each other. Write down or screen shot your current settings if you use many audio devices.

Here we go!

Inside of ZOOM…

Adjust your audio settings to VB-Cable. Locate your mic symbol on the lower left and tap the up arrow. Select the following:

Select a microphone
Select “CABLE Output (VB Audio Virtual Cable)”

Select a speaker
Select “CABLE Input(VB Audio Virtual Cable)”

Inside of WINDOWS…
Adjust your Windows machine sound settings. Right-click on the speaker icon in the bottom right corner to the left of the time and date. You can also search “Sound Settings”

Select –> Open Sound Settings

Output
Select “CABLE Input(VB Audio Virtual Cable)”
Input
Select “CABLE Output(VB Audio Virtual Cable)”

3. Signal your client to go ahead with saying their vowel or affirmation.

(Select the drop-down arrow to right side of Voice Sample to choose Affirmation.)

4. Tap Record. Tap Approve to allow mic access when asked (It only asks the first time).

5. Change your Zoom and Windows settings back to the original.

6. Click on Play Voice Sample and confirm if the sample sounds good.

7. Tap on Create Voice Code.

8. The Voice Code link and report will be emailed to you. You forward this to your client with instructions for how you recommend they listen.

9. Complete!

#5 - Congratulations!
