If for any reason an item needs to be returned or exchanged, Scalarwave Imprinting LLC requires you to

call in advance and obtain a return authorization number. We can also help facilitate the return via

US Post Office/Fed-Ex, and arrange for call tags to pick up the merchandise. Used products may not be returned for

credit.

Credit / Return

iQubes/Om Pockets: Credit for new / unused product. 20% restocking fee applies. Freight charges to you and

back to Scalarwave Imprinting LLC will not be credited.

Water concentrates: Credit for new / unopened products. Freight charges to you and back to Scalarwave

Imprinting LLC will not be credited.

Credit will be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Payments received by check or

money order will be refunded by check once funds have cleared.

Shipping & Damage Claims

If your merchandise arrives damaged due to shipping and handling, receive it, and then immediately contact

Scalarwave Imprinting LLC customer service to arrange a return. Once we have received the merchandise

back, you will have the option to have new merchandise sent to the same shipping address at no additional

charge.

Before You Return Product

Please make sure the label is securely attached to each tire with the Return Authorization number and your

last name in the reference boxes on the label. Take the time to ensure your wheel return arrives to

Scalarwave Imprinting LLC in the same condition you received it. Please, do not allow loose parts to

scratch or damage returned products. Secure players, amplifiers, iQubes, and components by wrapping them

in packing material, and returning “box within a box” to ensure safe arrival. If there is doubt about the

safe return, or original packing material is missing, please contact Scalarwave Imprinting LLC customer

service and/or have items professionally packed by an authorized Fedex shipping facility.

Scalarwave Imprinting LLC WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. ANY

CUSTOMER WHO REFUSES SHIPMENT WILL BE CHARGED FREIGHT BOTH WAYS.
